How much annual vacation time am I entitled to?Upon working one year you are entitled to two weeks of vacation each year. After six years with the same employer the employee is entitled to three weeks of vacation each year.
How much vacation pay am I entitled to?You are entitled to vacation pay equivalent to 4% of annual earnings. After six years with the same employer, you are entitled to vacation equal to 6% of annual earnings.
When am I entitled to my vacation time?
After you have worked for your employer for 1 year, you are entitled to vacation time. You are entitled to take vacation within 6 months after becoming entitled to vacation.
When should I receive my vacation pay?You should receive your vacation pay no later than the day before your vacation begins or earlier.
