What is the minimum wage in NB?

The minimum wage in New Brunswick is $9.50. as of April 1, 2011.  It will increase on September 2011 to $10.00 per hour.

The minimum wage for Summer Camp Counselor and Program staff is $418.00 per week.  This will increase to $440.00 on September 1, 2011.

The minimum wage for employees in Crown construction work can be found in the New Brunswick Employment Standards Regulations.

Wages paid to piece workers shall not be less than the minimum wage for the number of hours actually worked during a pay period.
